1. HELMET AND SAFETY GEAR IS REQUIRED
2. No alcohol
3. There is a mandatory speed limit of 5 MPH
4. All vehicles must stay on the Marked Courses and in Designated Areas
5. All vehicles going on Trail Ride must have working head and tail lights
6. All ATV riders have to pay to be able to ride on property even if not participating in
events or rides
7. Do Not Open any closed gates or drive over any fences
8. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
9. Not responsible for any damage to You or Your property while you are on the
premises
10. Watch out for Wildlife, they have the right of way
11. Must clean up your parking or camp site. If you are seen putting trash out on the
property you will be asked to leave. No glass bottle, no exceptions. Put trash in cans
or dumpsters. Help keep it clean so we all can have a clean and fun place to ride
12. No Glass bottles or pallets.
*Creek Bottom ATV park and its employees reserve the right to eject you from the
park if you behave in a reckless or incompliant manner.
